- Please make an appointment to reduce stress on unwell patients by minimizing the waiting time. It is fine to make the appointment on the day of visit until 6:20 p.m. In an emergency situation, no appointment is necessary. Just make a call and visit immediately, and we will prepare for your arrival.

- There are separate waiting areas, one for dogs on the left side of the entrance and one for cats and other animals on the right.
On the first visit and registration, please show us your ID. - 3. Physical Examination
- We also have two examination rooms, one for dogs and the other for cats and other animals. In these rooms, we perform physical examinations, inquire about the animal’s condition, and take a medical history.
- 4. Medical Plan
- If additional examinations and treatments are necessary, the medical plan and expected costs will be explained clearly.
- 5. Further Examination /
Treatment / Hospitalization. - After discussion and agreement, further examination, treatment and hospitalization will be undertaken.
- 6. Payment
For out-patients, please make a payment at the reception after treatment.
In case of hospitalization, please deposit half the estimated fees, and full payment will be settled at the time of discharge.
